At ONEAT, we want your order to reach you safely and smoothly. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, cancellations, and delivery.

Shipping Charges

Orders below ₹499: ₹99 shipping fee
Orders of ₹499 and above: Free shipping

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (2 days) of placing the order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive the relevant tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We recommend checking your order details carefully before placing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, our delivery partner will try to contact you twice on the scheduled delivery day.

If we’re unable to reach you, another delivery attempt will be made the following day.

If we’re still unable to get in touch with you, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Please keep your phone available around the expected delivery time to avoid any delays.

If You Don’t Accept Your Order

If you’ve placed a prepaid order but are unable to accept it when it arrives, the package will be returned to us.

In this case, the applicable Return to Origin (RTO) charges paid to the courier partner will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will then be refunded to you.

If you request the same order again after it has been returned, we’ll make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order is refused again, you’ll need to place a new order.
